An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Wednesday, repeating until December 20, 2017
This is an active yoga class with sequenced poses to assist in keeping balance in the body to attain healthy joints, muscles that are strong and flexible and a good posture. The classes involve 15 to 20 minutes of Shavasana, or deep Yogic relaxation which allow the body to regain calm and to take from the Yoga poses and movements all the benefits, while releasing pain, discomfort and tension. Weekly 60 minute classes held Wednesday mornings 9.30am-10.30am – places available now!
