In learning how to be still, you are choosing to stand for and express the deepest part and essence of your soul.

Meditation is not just a ‘practice’ we DO but a conscious position of BEing. It is not about stopping your consuming and distracting thoughts. It is about detaching and disengaging from all aspects of the relative world of time and action, and resting in the freedom and liberation of absolute pure consciousness.

Meditation isn’t only for relaxation or developing focus, it is primarily about accessing a deep and unshakeable freedom that comes from awakening to the deepest dimension of your own self.

Meditation is foundational to achieving access to this deeper dimension of self and is attained through honest desire, committed intention, acceptance and humble surrender.  It is also a source of ancient wisdom, traditional enlightenment and now evolutionary awakening. In learning how to be still, you are choosing to stand for and express the deepest part and essence of your soul.

Meditation is a metaphor for awakening to the formless foundation of Being and to cosmic consciousness, which is always the deepest dimension of who we all are, and it is the ultimate source and wellspring of all that is.
