Ayurvedic Lifestyle Workshop

Learn how to manage your daily life with ease and balance, according to the wisdom of Ayurveda.

In this workshop you will learn how to begin and end your day, as recommended by Ayurveda.

It will include information and instruction on certain practices, and what and how to eat according to your dosha. You will also learn about the history of ghee, its importance not only in your diet but also as a ritual in the form of the ghee lamp – there will be a demonstration of ghee-making.

As well as learning about Ayurveda’s general dietary principles, you will learn the basics of how to manage and balance your daily life from the view-point of your doshas, how the doshas affect you at different times of the day, month and year, according to weather patterns, seasons, and stages in your life. A deeper understanding of Ayurveda’s lifestyle guidelines brings you to a more relaxed and calm state, and helps you to tune-in more effectively to Life as a whole, as it happens within you and around you.

*a simple lunch of Kitchari will be provided.
