Kundalini Yoga improves enjoyment of life by developing a calmness to deal gracefully with life’s challenges and stresses, and helps in finding balance in busy lives. Kundalini Yoga is considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, combining meditation, mantra, mudra (hand positions), eye focus, physical exercises and breathing techniques. It is ideal for all levels of students but is excellent for those who have not done Yoga before.
