Our breath is the most primal action we can control! It is with us from day one and will stick around until it is time for us to pass. Observing, controlling and appreciating your breath can be a cleansing and fulfilling practice. Moreover, your breath can be a strong self-healing tool!

About Your Teacher:
Anna is a Yoga teacher, a writer and ASY’s founder. She has been practicing Yoga for more than ten years and always had a soft spot for pranayama. Seeking to vary her daily pranayama practice, Anna travelled the world and learned from many teachers in: Russia, Israel, France, India and Australia.
In this special class, Anna collected her favourite breathing techniques and she is excited to share these with you.
This class will leave you energised, awakened and full of breath!
