This unique 1 day workshop will take students on a self empowered healing journey that provides practical tools that take you 10 minutes each day to YOUR HAPPY.

Learning practical tools to calm your busy mind and manage emotions and triggers. Focusing on transforming stress, anxiety, overthinking and insomnia to your HAPPY

This workshop is perfect for anyone suffering from ongoing stress and is ready to make a change for the better.
You will learn how to:

– Interrupt the stress response that is automatically activated by your subconscious triggers. Our feelings and emotional triggers are activated in our subconscious mind. Therefore to change these we need to work with the subconscious mind.

– how to calm your busy mind from overthinking and over analysing. Thoughts that keep you up at night, negative self talk and worry.

– how to manage emotional triggers and reactions.

– how to clear suppressed emotions that keep you trapped in patterns of physical mental or emotional pain. Including pattens that activate your stress and anxiety.

The information obtained throughout this weekend will compliment all health and wellbeing plans. It’s an interactive program of learning new tools that are easy to practice and implement into each day.
